Shenzhen Housing and Urban Construction Bureau recently issued the "Notice on Accelerating the Assembly of Construction" and "EPC Project General Contracting Work Guidance Rules" to support and encourage the development of assembly-type construction from the aspect of bidding, component production, construction permits, quality and safety supervision, inspection, cost and other whole positions.
