The annual "Guangsha Award"(2013-2014), approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Developmente(MOHURD), organized jointly by the China Real Estate Association and Industry Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction,selected a total of 93 projects as "Guangsha Award". "Guangsha Award" is a comprehensive award for real estate development projects in China. The Guangsha Award is a great affirmation and recognition to the company. It is hoped that the participating project units will further implement the scientific concept of development, build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and promote the construction of ecological civilization for the purpose of promoting the industrialization of housing, green and environmental building, make bigger contribution for the ustained and healthy development for China's real estate industry.
