Economic News Agency on November 14  Adway Construction(06189), China comprehensive building decoration service provider announced plans to be listed in Hong Kong intending to issue 5276.3 million H shares, of which 90% is of the international placing, 10% of the total number is of Hong Kong public offering. The offer price ranged from HK $ 5.16 to HK $ 6.3 per H share, with 500 shares each, excluding commission. The admission fee is approximately HKD 3,150. The prospectus will be on from tomorrow (15 November) to Friday (18 November), and is expected to be listed next Friday (25 november). The exclusive sponsor is Guotai Junan. 
In this case,the raised funds will be approximately HKD 252.8 million, of which 34.8% will be used to set up an internal supply chain platform online, of which 20% will be used to expand the geographic scope of services and 15.3% will be used to improve the business management infrastructure, 13.3% for research and design laboratories, 6.8% for recruitment of design, and the remaining approximately 9.8% for general corporate purposes.
