The Company successfully convened the Shareholders' Meeting and the Second Session of the Fourth Board of Directors. The vice President and secretary of the Board of Directors, Liu Yilun presided over the meeting on June 24, 2016.
At the meeting, Chairman of the Board, Mr Ye Yujing, on behalf of the Board of Directors, made corporate annual report on the company's operating status in 2015 to all shareholders and members of the Board of Directors. In 2015, under grim situation that domestic macroeconomic situation continued to bottom, the decoration industry generally affected by the new economic norm and entered the business adjustment period, the board of directors explored new development through reform and innovation, forged ahead, and actively implemented the business goals that company's shareholders set, and ultimately achieved the business indicators of 2015. At the same time, the meeting also discussed and approved the “Proposal on Amendment of Articles of Association applicable to Guangdong Adway Construction (Group) holdings company limited after overseas listing”, and “Proposal on the Supervisor of the Fourth Session of the Supervisory Committee of Guangdong Adway Construction (Group) holdings company limited” “Proposal on Annual Report in 2015 of Guangdong Adway Construction (Group) holdings company limited” and other proposals.
Participating directors and shareholders' representatives exchanged their views, fully affirmed their achievements in 2015, and conscientiously summed up their deficiencies and put forward valuable opinions on strengthening the awareness of prevention, internal control and innovation.
